What is Napoz?

Napoz is a social challenge app that lets you turn everyday moments into epic challenges. Try something, share it, and challenge your friends and the global community to do the same.

How do I create a challenge?

Tap the floating + button on the any screen and select Challenge.

Add a title, description, and media to describe your challenge. Once published, it will appear on the Home Feed and Explore feed so others can discover and join it.

You can also use Napoz AI to help create your challenge faster. Don’t forget to invite your crew to participate!

How can I participate in a challenge?

To participate in a challenge, simply tap the Join button on the challenge page.

Once you’ve joined, you can take part by creating a post related to the challenge activity and linking that challenge to your post.

How does the Leaderboard work?

Not every challenge includes a leaderboard. For challenges that do, there are three possible ways points can be recorded:

  • Automatic Increment: Napoz automatically adds 1 point each time a participant makes a post in the challenge.
  • Manual Scoring: Participants enter their own points manually.
  • Integrated App: Napoz reads data directly from an external app or device to update scores.

Leaderboards can also track scores using two different methods:

  • Accumulation: All points earned during the challenge are added together to form a total score.
  • Personal Best: Only a participant’s best recorded score is displayed on the leaderboard.
Is Napoz free to use?

Yes! Napoz is free to download and use.

How do I report a user or inappropriate content?

Tap the vertical three-dot menu () on any post, challenge, or profile, then select Report.

Our moderation team reviews all reports promptly. When you report a post or challenge, it is immediately removed from your feeds. If you report a user, our team will review the account and take appropriate action if the behavior violates our community guidelines.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, go to Profile → Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account. Please note this action is permanent and all your data will be removed. If you need help, contact us at napozofficial@gmail.com.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

We’d love to know! Email us at napozofficial@gmail.com with a description of the issue, your device model, and iOS version. Screenshots or screen recordings are super helpful.
