Please read these documents carefully before using Napoz. They govern your use of the app and explain how we handle your data.

End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Napoz (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) for the use of the Napoz mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using Napoz, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Napoz solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the Company.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Share your login credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account.

3. Objectionable Content & Community Standards

Zero Tolerance Policy. Napoz has a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to:

  • Content that is hateful, discriminatory, racist, sexist, or offensive based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
  • Sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content.
  • Content that promotes or glorifies violence, self-harm, suicide, or dangerous activities.
  • Harassment, bullying, stalking, or threats directed at any individual.
  • Spam, misleading content, scams, or fraudulent material.
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
  • Any content involving minors in a sexual or exploitative context.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination without notice.

4. Content Moderation & Filtering

Napoz employs automated and manual content filtering mechanisms to detect and remove objectionable content. These systems include:

  • Automated screening tools that flag potentially harmful or inappropriate content before or after publication.
  • Human review processes for flagged content.
  • Proactive monitoring of reported content to maintain a safe community environment.

Despite these measures, you acknowledge that no filtering system is perfect and agree to use the reporting tools described in Section 5 if you encounter objectionable content.

5. Reporting Objectionable Content & Abusive Users

Reporting Objectionable Content

The App provides a built-in reporting mechanism allowing users to flag content they believe violates this Agreement. When you report content:

  • The reported content is immediately hidden from your feed.
  • The report is automatically sent to our moderation team for review.
  • We commit to reviewing all reports and taking appropriate action within 24 hours of receipt.

Reporting Users

You may block any user at any time through the App. When you block a user:

  • The action is reported to Napoz so we may review the account for policy violations. If they are found to be in violation, appropriate action will be taken such as suspension or termination of account within 24 hours.
  • Their profile, posts, challenges, and related chat content are hidden from you across supported areas of the App.
  • Some ranking surfaces (e.g., leaderboard standings) may still display users to preserve ranking integrity.

Company Response Commitment

Upon receiving a valid report of objectionable content or abusive behavior, Napoz will:

  • Review the reported content within 24 hours.
  • Remove content determined to violate this Agreement.
  • Suspend or permanently eject users found to have provided offending content.

6. Ownership

The App, including all intellectual property rights, is owned by the Company. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

7. User Content

Napoz allows you to capture, upload, and share content (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, distribute, modify, and display your content as necessary to provide the services of the App. You retain ownership of your User Content.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Content complies with all applicable laws, does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, and does not violate the community standards set forth in Section 3 of this Agreement.

8. Privacy

Your use of Napoz is subject to our Privacy Policy, available within the App and on our website. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

9. Updates

We may provide updates to the App to improve functionality, address security issues, or update our content moderation capabilities. You agree to install all updates and acknowledge that the App may not function properly if updates are not installed.

10. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate your access to the App at any time without notice if you violate any terms of this Agreement, including our community standards and objectionable content policies. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies in your possession.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the App (if any).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of this Agreement, including any violations of the community standards in Section 3.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.

14. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Your continued use of Napoz after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

Privacy Policy

Welcome to Napoz! Napoz is a social media platform that allows users to capture and upload images and videos to share with others. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use our app.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

a. Information You Provide

  • Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and any other information you provide.
  • Uploaded Media: Any images, videos, or other content you upload to Napoz.

b. Automatically Collected Information

  • Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access Napoz, including device model, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
  • Log Information: This includes your app usage, IP address, and crash reports.

c. Permissions

  • Camera and Media Access: Napoz requires access to your device’s camera and media library to allow you to capture and upload images and videos. We only access these features with your explicit consent.

d. Health and Fitness Data

With your permission, Napoz may access Google Fit, Apple Health, and/or Health Connect data to support challenge tracking and wellness insights. This may include:

  • Steps and Step Cadence (to power step-based challenges and daily activity tracking)
  • Distance (to support walking, running, and cycling challenges)
  • Active Calories Burned (to track workout intensity and challenge progress)
  • Total Calories Burned (to provide a holistic view of energy expenditure)
  • Exercise Sessions (to log workout types, durations, and progress)
  • Cycling Pedaling Cadence (to support cycling-specific challenges)
  • Heart Rate and other fitness-related metrics (only if explicitly granted by you)

We collect this information only after you grant permission through Google Fit, Apple Health, or Health Connect. These data are accessed and used only to provide app functionality such as challenges, leaderboards, and personalized activity insights, and are not used for advertising or shared with third parties without your consent.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve the Napoz app.
  • Facilitate sharing and interactions with other users.
  • Enhance app functionality and performance.
  • Support wellness challenges, leaderboards, and personalized insights.
  • Accurately track fitness progress based on steps, calories, distance, and exercise sessions.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

Active Calories Burned

Required for posts and challenge leaderboards that use Active Calories as a metric (e.g., “Burn 500 active calories in a day”). Data is used exclusively for posts, challenge tracking, and leaderboards and is not shared outside the app. Users who deny this permission will not be able to participate in calorie-based challenges.

Distance

Required for posts and challenge leaderboards that use Distance as a metric (e.g., “Run 5 km every day for a week”, “Walk 100 km in a month”). Data is used exclusively for posts, challenge tracking, and leaderboards and is not shared outside the app.

Cycling Pedaling Cadence / Exercise Session

Required for activity-specific challenges such as swimming, rowing, cycling, and kayaking (e.g., “Maintain a 70+ cadence for 30 minutes”, “Complete 100 km of cycling in a week”). Data is used exclusively for posts, challenge tracking, and leaderboards and is not shared outside the app.

Steps / Step Cadence

Required for step-based challenges, one of the most popular features on Napoz (e.g., “10,000 steps per day”, “Climb 70,000 steps in a week”). Data is used exclusively for posts, challenge tracking, and leaderboards and is not shared outside the app.

Total Calories Burned

Required for holistic calorie challenges (e.g., “Burn 2,000 total calories daily”). This metric appears in personal stats and calorie-based leaderboards. Data is used exclusively for posts, challenge tracking, and leaderboards and is not shared outside the app.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. However, we may share your information with:

  • Service Providers: To help us operate, maintain, and improve Napoz.
  • Legal Authorities: When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

We will never share your health or fitness data with advertisers.

4. How We Protect Your Information

We implement security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Choices

  • Permissions: You can control camera and media access through your device settings. However, disabling these permissions may limit your ability to use certain features of Napoz.
  • Deleting Your Account: You can request to delete your account and associated data by contacting us at napozofficial@gmail.com.
  • Revoking Health Data Access: You can revoke Napoz’s access to Google Fit, Apple Health, or Health Connect data at any time in your device settings.

6. Children’s Privacy

Napoz is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by other means. Your continued use of Napoz after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
