  • Distance (to support walking, running, and cycling challenges)
  • Active Calories Burned (to track workout intensity and challenge progress)
  • Total Calories Burned (to provide a holistic view of energy expenditure)
  • Exercise Sessions (to log workout types, durations, and progress)
  • Cycling Pedaling Cadence (to support cycling-specific challenges)
  • Heart Rate and other fitness-related metrics (only if explicitly granted by you)

We collect this information only after you grant permission through Google Fit, Apple Health, or Health Connect. These data are used only to provide app functionality such as challenges, leaderboards, and personalized activity insights, and are not used for advertising or shared with third parties without your consent.

Active Calories Burned

Required for posts and challenge leaderboards that use Active Calories as a metric (e.g., “Burn 500 active calories in a day”). Data is used exclusively for posts, challenge tracking, and leaderboards and is not shared outside the app. Users who deny this permission will not be able to participate in calorie-based challenges.

Distance

Required for posts and challenge leaderboards that use Distance as a metric (e.g., “Run 5 km every day for a week”, “Walk 100 km in a month”). Data is used exclusively for posts, challenge tracking, and leaderboards and is not shared outside the app.

Cycling Pedaling Cadence / Exercise Session

Required for activity-specific challenges such as swimming, rowing, cycling, and kayaking (e.g., “Maintain a 70+ cadence for 30 minutes”, “Complete 100 km of cycling in a week”). Data is used exclusively for posts, challenge tracking, and leaderboards and is not shared outside the app.

Steps / Step Cadence

Required for step-based challenges, one of the most popular features on Napoz (e.g., “10,000 steps per day”, “Climb 70,000 steps in a week”). Data is used exclusively for posts, challenge tracking, and leaderboards and is not shared outside the app.

Total Calories Burned

Required for holistic calorie challenges (e.g., “Burn 2,000 total calories daily”). This metric appears in personal stats and calorie-based leaderboards. Data is used exclusively for posts, challenge tracking, and leaderboards and is not shared outside the app.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. However, we may share your information with:

  • Service Providers: To help us operate, maintain, and improve Napoz.
  • Legal Authorities: When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

We will never share your health or fitness data with advertisers.
